Priority Planner
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Priority Planner, a productivity web application for task management, habit tracking, alarm and sleep planning, hydration tracking, and personal statistics.
1. Operator
The service is operated by Sisyphus Labs. Contact: support@priorityplanner.app.
2. Alpha access
The current alpha is free to use. No payment is required for access during the alpha period, and no billing or subscription terms apply unless we explicitly announce them later.
3. Your content
You own the content you enter into the app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to upload, store, and use that content.
4. Account management
We may suspend or terminate accounts if needed to protect the service, other users, or our legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
5. Service disclaimer
The app is provided as-is and as available. We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
